New Iowa poll: Huckabee 39%, Romney 17%!
If a new Newsweek poll done here in Iowa yesterday and the day before is anything like accurate, Mike Huckabee has turned the Iowa caucuses into a blowout.
The numbers:
Huckabee 39%
Romney 17
Thompson 10
Giuliani 9
McCain 6
Organization is everything in Iowa- and Mitt Romney's organization is formidable. But with a little less than a month to go before the Caucuses, I'd rather be in Huckabee's shoes than Mitt's.
