Rand Paul apparently plans to run to the left of Hillary on foreign policy when the 2016 election cycle rolls around.
If there was any doubt that Rand is as clueless as his dad, this should remove it.
Heaven knows Hillary is vulnerable to legitimate criticism for her blunders as Barack Obama's secretary of state on a number of grounds. But firmness in foreign policy is not one of them.
