The CIA doesn't just think the Russians were trying to help Trump

They think Vladimir Putin personally ordered the hacking of the DNC's computers.

The CIA believes that the Russians intended to help Donald Trump become president. The FBI and the Director of National Intelligence agree that the Russians were responsible for the hacking but are not absolutely sure of their motives.
