Good week for Rubio, Bush, Fiorina and Cruz

At least according to the complicated metrics Fox News uses to keep track of the race for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination.

Hard to see it as such a hot week for Jeb, though, when the initial front-runner has fallen to four percent in the polls.

Best, though, to remember the old proverb here in Iowa when it comes to the precinct caucuses: "Candidates who are hot when the weather is hot are cold when the weather is cold." Often the converse is also true.

Jeb, Marco and Carly, at least, may still be just fine come February, when the numbers start to actually matter.
