'Which time?'

When I saw the link entitled "Why Obama Caved" on Real Clear World, my immediate reaction was "Which time?" Caving seems to be his strategy of choice in dealing with the world, after all.

In this case, the reference is to his decision to support authoritarian regimes that.... well, like us. But not since Jimmy Carters's have we had an administration this inclined to "wimp out-" and this disrespected by the world.
