No unbinding of the delegates- and no minority report. The NeverTrumpers, despite all the claims, were unable to get the 28 votes necessary to put a minority report before the convention.

Donald Trump is the nominee, the heritage of the Republican party is betrayed- and Hillary Clinton is effectively President-elect of the United States.
