Remember Raj Peter Bhakta, the Republican congressional candidate from the 13th District of Pennsylvania who rode an elephant across the Rio Grande from Mexico into the United States- accompanied by a six-piece mariachi band- without anybody even noticing?

Doesn't matter whether or not the elephant has a green card, he'll still qualify for in-state tuition at UCLA. And any university it attends will have to be re-constructed to be elephant friendly.
