"Lie lie lie....Lie lie lie lie, lie lie lie.....Lie lie lie....."
The Capitol Steps have a routine they do about Mark Furman's testimony in the O.J. trial.
Marcia Clark questions him to the tune of Simon and Garfunkle's The Boxer. Furman then dutifully replies in the words of the chorus: "Lie lie lie/Lie lie lie lie, lie lie lie lie/Lie lie lie...."
I've often thought that every time the media claim not to be grotesquely biased against President Bush in the reporting of this campaign, the denial ought to be sung to the tune of that chorus. They are, with few exceptions, nothing less than outrageous in their blatant campaigning for John Kerry under the (very thin) guise of the objective reporting of the news.
Finally, on an especially fine day for Blogs for Bush, here's a summary of some of the more recent examples of "objective journalism" from the liberal media.
