More from the Russians

Unlike the 9/11 Commission, certain high-ranking officials in the Russian Federation do not believe that al Quaeda and Saddam Hussein were linked. But they do believe what the whole UN Security Council knew when it passed Resolution 1441: that Saddam did, indeed, have those WMD's. And they also believe that, through former officials in Saddam's regime, al Quaeda has access to them now.
