Pennsylvania 9/11 plane shot down?

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has let slip what appears to be an implication that the third hijacked jet on 9/11, which crashed in Pennsylvania, may actually have been shot down.

Vice President Dick Cheney has said long since that the decision had been made to take that step as a last resort had it become necessary.
