Strangulation?

Ever heard of Dr. Michael Baden? He's one of the most famous forensic pathologists in the country- the host of HBO's Autopsy series. He's testified as a respected expert in many high-profile murder trials. Chances are you'd recognize him at a glance.

He says that the medical evidence supports the notion that Terri Schaivo's brain damage may well have been the result of strangulation, and that the "chemical imbalance" causing a cardiac arrest (not a "heart attack") commonly cited as the cause of her medical condition is, in fact, so rare a cause of such outcomes as to be an"unlikely" explanation.

Did you know that Michael Schaivo wants to have Terri's body cremated after death?

There are too many things that are just too fishy about this situation. It seems incredible that- aided and abetted by a socially liberal media- a woman's life is about to be snuffed out in spite of the facts which are publicly available, even if carefully avoided by the media. If Terry dies, I hope Gov. Bush insists on an autopsy and a full forensic examination.
