A suggestion

I'd like to suggest what may be a politically futile gesture in this post-modern society of seared conscience, but nevertheless one which would go to the heart of the Schaivo tragedy: a Constitutional amendment overturning the absurd Cruzan v. Director decision, which somehow equates the mere administration of water and nutrition with artificial life support.
