Cooking the numbers

The Washington Times reports that agents of the U.S. Border Patrol have been ordered not to arrest illegal aliens crossing the border from Mexico into Arizona in the area recently patrolled by the "Minutemen," lest statistics make the vigilante group appear to have been effective.
