More frustration

Once again, the Cubs are unable to pick up ground despite a St. Louis loss. ARRGGH!

At least Derrek Lee (as in MVP) is still doing his part!

Didn't see the game. But despite the silly fans who are voting in the All-Star Game, a guy with a .395 batting average with 22 dingers and over sixty RBI's at this point in the season will be hard to deny if he comes close to keeping this up.

Personally, I'm waiting for Prior and Wood and Garciaparra to get back, and the rumored trade for Kotsay. It helps with the frustration to reflect that few teams could have stayed as close as the Cubs have with this quantity of catastrophic injuries.
