Lame Plame name blame game coming unraveled
Columnist Robert Novak is strongly hinting that nobody "outed" Valerie Plame to him- but that he figured out her indentity himself simply consulting Who's Who!
Plame was known in the Central Intelligence Agency as "Valerie Wilson." She also used that name in her personal life. But her husband's listing in Who's Who in America includes his home town- Bridgeport, Connecticut- the names of his previous wife and his four children, and the identiy of his current wife: Valerie Elise Plame.
The date of their marriage- April 3, 1998- is also given.
Apparently, none of the journalists so hot to find a scandalous connection to the Bush Administration bothered to consult Wilson's entry in Who's Who- this in spite of several broad hints dropped by Novak in the past!
