Prime Minister Olmert is willing to trade land for peace.

Regrettably, I doubt that Hamas will be as reasonable.

It's not a question of being reasonable -- no one expects that (at least no one sensible expects that). It's a matter of unilaterally drawing defensible frontiers and then keeping out all the potential terrorists.

I think this is the only plan for Israel -- the best of several bad options.
