North Korea outdoes the Nazis and the Dutch

There are no disabled people in North Korea, it seems.

Babies born with disabilities are simply killed.

The Nazis tried this for a while, but had to stop (or at least slow down and cut back on the publicity) when- for once- the Church reared up on its metaphorical hind legs and said "No!" They're dabbling with this sort of stuff in Holland, too- though infanticide there apparently will require parental consent.
