A mystery solved

Diane at Respublica informs me that the handsome fellow in the red tie in the second picture who looks as if he and I were separated at birth is Wendell Stavig, a second year student at St. Louis.

Really. I showed the picture to Denise and asked her whether he noticed that I was missing when I took my trip to St. Louis. I actually had her going for a moment!
