Another immigration plan

Rep Mike Pence (R-Ind), widely seen as a rising Republican "star," has offered his own immigration plan.

They will feature something called "W visas-" issued only outside the borders of the United States.

W visas? "No kidding," Pence says. "I think it's obvious whose support we're trying to garner here."
