Give 'em a fair court martial- and then hang 'em?

Marine Ilario Patano- cleared of an incident similar to the Haditha incident (note the presumption of guilt in the TIME story) by conclusive autopsy evidence a year ago- is not happy with the apparent eagerness of Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa) to convict the Marines involved in that incident before the evidence is in.
