Fox News is reporting that Al Fatah and Hamas have agreed to "implicitly" recognize Israel!

ADDENDUM: Fox News reports that the plan would allow for a Palestinian state to exist along side Israel. Both Palestinian parties are calling for attacks to be limited in the future to areas captured by Israel in the Six-Day War.

Israel, however, initially reacted negatively to the plan, saying that it falls short of "international standards."
