Eight to face court martial in Hamdaniya incident

Seven Marines and one Navy corpsman will be court martialed in connection with the alleged incident at Hamdaniya. They are accused of killing an allegedly unarmed Iraqi civilian.

The investigation of the better-known Haditha incident continues. Other than those made by Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa), no charges have as yet been brought in that case.
