Not a good beginning

I am watching Discovery Times right now.

There's a documentary on right now about about Hideki Tojo, the Japanese Prime Minister during World War II, who was hanged for war crimes.

The introduction: "Hideki Tojo: patriot or scapegoat?"

Why do I doubt that this is going to be an objective documentary?
