China's bottom line

Here's a sober assessment by Peter Brookes of what our number one strategic adversary- China- is after, not only in dragging its feet on international measures against outlaw states Iran and North Korea, but in everything else it does in the world- whenever and wherever it can frustrate the interests of the United States.

China does not simply wish to take is place along side the United States as the other great superpower. China wishes to replace us as the world's only superpower.

For the most murderous regime in human history to have that ambition is not a good thing. For it to succeed would be a far, far worse thing.
