Common sense on presidential primaries

Jack Kelly is right: we need far fewer of them, spread much further apart.

The Democrats- who gave us the chaos of the McGovern "reforms" which institutionalized the current chaos, are moving in exactly the opposite direction, further front-loading a process already almost guaranteed to lock parties in to an ill-examined choice almost from the outset.
