Getting it right about two wars

Ed Koch may ba an unreconstructed liberal on domestic and social issues, but he might not make all that bad a Secretary of State- or Defense-in the next Republican administration.

Well, maybe not; his resume might not be up to it. But he at least is worth consideration as an ambassador someplace.
