"We're winning! Let's surrender!"

Hillary Clinton has joined a number of senators who, in touring Iraq, have concluded that the "surge" is working- but who want to bail out anyway, apparently believing that the Iraqis aren't smart enough to work out their internal problems even if we manage to get the insurgency under control.

Racism- or just plain, ordinary defeatism?
