Gen. Petraeus, a traitor? I think not, my moonbat friends!

First, everybody waited with baited breath for the Petraeus Report to Congress, an indication from an officer of universally acknowledged integrity and expertise of our prospects in Iraq.

Well, the report is in- and Gen. Petraeus says that President Bush's "surge" is working so well that we will soon actually be able to begin withdrawing troops! Apparently the Left is willing to put its faith in the opinion of those in the best position to know only on those rare occasions when they agree with the Left!

One would think that the anti-war crowd would be delighted. But no. Demogogic congressinal leaders Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid say that what our commanding general describes as prudent troop reductions aren't enough- and the zany radical propaganda outfit MoveOn.org has even accused the distinguished commander of our troops in the field of a "betrayal" for not recommending surrender!

You can sign a petition supporting the recommendations of Gen. Petraeus and Amb. Crocker here. And some good thoughts on the subjectivist approach to the facts taken by the Democrats in Congress can be found here.
