Gross, man!

Against San Diego, the Bears lost a winnable game because of turnovers.

Ditto against Dallas.

This time, though, it's a little easier to focus on the problem.

Wrecks Gross Man threw three interceptions. He did lead the Bears on a snappy drive that resulted in their only touchdown. Otherwise, he was pretty much of a dud. Again.

This next week, the Bears play Detriot. They should clean the Lions' clocks. If they don't- if they lose, or even win close- and if Grossman doesn't have a solid QB rating for the game and no more than one interception, he should be released right now.

I'm not sure Brian Greise is the answer. But I'm pretty close to concluding that as long as Grossman is the Bears' quarterback, they aren't going to win the Super Bowl.

Right now, I'm not even sure that Grossman can lead them to the playoffs.
