South Carolina high school bans American flag on 9/11
Because of disturbances caused by students wearing apparel bearing the flags of various countries, a South Carolina high school has banned the wearing of all flag apparel from all countries.
Including clothing bearing the Stars and Stripes, worn on 9/11.
The inability of the administrators of Hobbton High School to distinguish between the flag of our own country- the flag of all of us- and the flags of other nations carrying possibly divisive messages speaks volumes. The notion that Old Glory- especially in America itself- carries no message that differs from that symbolized by any other flag seems to me to be an especially ominous symptom of advanced political brain rot.
