Romney doesn't drink, but he does like his whine
Slick Mitt- the upscale version of Bill Clinton, the only other politician I know who parses the truth as artfully as Clinton does- doesn't mind attacking his opponents with false and misleading ads.
Mitt, unlike Clinton, is doubtless certain as to what the meaning of "is" is. He's just isn't certain of the meaning of "saw."
Face it: Romney has an authenticity problem. He comes across as a robot- a robot nobody is quite sure has any particular convictions about anything.
Like Clinton, he also has a truth problem. One thing he does well, though- and in that, too, he resembles Bill Clinton: Mitt Romney whines.
Mitt has attacked just about everyone though, not just Huck and McCain- and done it in a singularly nasty fashion which is quickly making him a pariah among the candidates and- in the unlikely event of his nomination- will assure that a great many people who will vote for him to keep Hillary out of the White House will not be disposed to lift a finger for him otherwise.
When he's called on it, though, Mitt and his people think he's being picked on.
Poor baby! Why will nobody believe him?
I wonder....
On second thought... no, I don't.

check out a poll bra, and lay off the kool aid.
I check out all the polls. As I've pointed out before when we've heard this "Huckabust" business and how Romney was now in the driver's seat again, the numbers just don't bear it out- leaving a substantial question as to whether it's me or you guys who keep getting proven wrong the next time a new poll comes out who are drinking the kool aid!
The latest poll, today's Reuters-Zogby, has Huckabee up by two points. Yesterday, it was one.
Please notice the relative positions of the lines on the graph today, and a few days ago.
The continual slide for Huck you mention just isn't there. What is there is mixed results for the past week or so, where before there were only solid leads showing for Huckabee.
The suggestion that that one-day increase in Huck's lead in one poll was a trend was a satirical reference to the kind of evidence you guys have been citing to try to sell your illusory "Huckabust."
It never happened. All you have to do is look at the numbers- and, for that matter, the graph.
