U.S. number two: Iraqis may take over primary role in all 18 provinces sometime this year!

Gen. Ray Ordiarno, who is second in command to Gen. David Petraeus in Iraq, says that we may be ready for Iraqi forces to take over the primary responsibility for security in all eighteen provinces of the country some time this year!
