Obama's captain disagrees with him

Barack Obama told a story during the debate the other night about a captain whose command in Afghanistan was supposedly sent into battle short-handed and under-equipped because the rest of the troops and equipment he was supposed to have were in Iraq.

Well, the captain tells a different story.

Columnist Jack Kelly explains why he finds Obama's story less than credible here. Seldom does a unit go into battle at its theoretical full strength- and transfers between units happen all the time as needs develop.

The Pentagon finds the story unlikely.

Nice try, Barack.

When I see that kind of stuff, I get a little bit of hope that we're not going to see a Democrat president, but then I remember that McCain isn't the media's darling any more.
