The McCain campaign has confirmed that Sen. McCain has indeed picked Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate.

The 44 year old first term governor has a reputation as a smart, hard-nosed, conservative politician who is strongly pro-life.

Great choice, IMHO.
