BREAKING NEWS: Yes, it IS McCain-Palin!

The McCain campaign has confirmed that the presumptive Republican presidential nominee has picked Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his vice presidential candidate.

Gov. Palin will be the first vice-presidential nominee ever to be featured on the cover of Vogue.

ADDENDUM: Thanks to Carl Vehse for pointing out in the comments what should have been obvious from the git-go: that the Vogue cover (which I've deleted) is in fact a Photo-Shop fake.

If the Obama campaign criticizes Palin's inexperience, all the McCain campaign needs to say is this:

Obama would have been a good VP pick.
