A sick Halloween decoration- even for Hollywood

It seems that somebody in Hollywood thinks that it's appropriate to have a mannequin dressed as Sarah Palin dangling from a noose on his front porch.

Can you imagine the outcry if somebody did this with a mannequin dressed as Joe Biden- let alone Barack Obama?
