It seems that Dr. Frank Armstrong of Clearwater, Florida has a McCain-Palin sticker on his bumper.
As of this morning, he also has a burned American flag on the hood of his car, which has cigarette burns all over it and the initials "KKK" scratched into the paint, along with numerous obscenities.
"This is definitely a hate crime," Dr. Armstrong remarked.
