A novel idea
Here's a novel and sensible approach to the climate crisis: instead of punitively seeking to make the use of "dirty" energy sources expensive (sort of the way the Federal and state governments substantially reduced the percentage of Americans who smoke by taxing cigarettes out of most of our budgets), why not enlist the powers of the market to encourage the use of "clean" energy sources by making them cheaper?
