Well, both houses of Congress have passed the administration's ill-conceived "stimulus" bill- and Republicans have been shut out of the conference committee working to reconcile the House and Senate versions.

President Obama, in case you've forgotten, was the one who promised an end to the writing of legislation "behind closed doors.
