Three questions for POTUS

Barack Obama is at least as ideological a president as was Ronald Reagan. He always has been an ideologue. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with being an ideologue.

That being the case, Why does Mr. Obama deny that he's an ideologue? Does he honestly expect any but his most slavish partisans to actually believe that denial? And why is he so defensive about the subject?
