Hollywood is American soil after all

I'm speechless.

I was absolutely certain that the anti-military, anti-American Avatar would win the Oscar for Best Picture, combining as it does boffo box office with a far Left political message. Instead, the Oscar went to a pro-American, pro-military film about a bomb squad in Iraq, The Hurt Locker.

Three cheers for the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
