Blago convicted on one count

Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has been convicted only on one count of lying to the FBI.

A mistrial has been declared on 23 other counts, on which the jury was unable to reach a verdict.

Blagojevich faces up to five years in prison on the count on which he was convicted. The prosecution vows to retry him on the other 23 counts.
