Rahm Emanuel, the !@#$%$#@!! mayor of Chicago who holds the First Amendment in contempt and thinks that he's a better arbiter of "Chicago values" than the city's churches, has apparently run out of ideas for curbing the epidemic of gun violence that is plaguing my home town.

So he's asking for suggestions on Twitter.

He is silent as to whether or not there will be a midnight visit from Chicago's Finest if he doesn't like your suggestion.
