Rand Paul learns from external stimuli

I knew Sen. Rand Paul of Tennessee had a somewhat firmer grasp on reality than his dad, Ron.

But I may have underestimated Rand's rationality. He actually seems to have the capacity to change his mind in the face of new information.

Amazing.

Naturally, his dad's fans- who tend to have a low tolerance for reality- are furious.
