The case that doomed marriage in America

All of us but the most hopelessly deluded realize by now that the institution of marriage is in serious trouble. I am one of those who expects homosexual pseudo-marriage to be the institution's coup de grace. Unstable and non-monogamous "marriages" are not going to help the institution survive, the disingenuous arguments of the Left to the contrary.

Anyway, here's an interesting article over at First Things on Marvin vs. Marvin- the legal case which arguably lit the institution of matrimony on its way toward dusty death.
