Barack Obama: the Anti-Reagan

In foreign policy as in economic policy, Barack Obama has consistently done exactly the opposite of what Ronald Reagan did.

And to his cost (and ours), he's consistently gotten exactly the opposite results.

Can he undo even Reagan's victory in the Cold War? Only time will tell.
