I've always been fascinated by the way the feminist movement has taken to the "liberating" sexual revolution, and especially the nearly obligatory living together before marriage. Great way for the guy to get his jollies while the woman is left holding the bassinet. Nothing is quite so empowering as being condemned to a life of poverty as a single mother.

Of course, she can always off the kid....

Now, though, Duke University provides us with an even more bizarre notion of what is "empowering" for women: something feminists have always condemned- and rightly so- as profoundly demeaning to women.
