On immigration, U.S. voters are hard line

It seems that the U.S. voter is in no mood to compromise when it comes to illegal immigration.

According to a new Rasmussen poll, most of us would tell the Mexican government either to halt illegal immigration or lose all U.S. aid.

This merely underscores the political necessity of halting illegal immigration if a reasonable and compassionate solution to the problem of undocumented aliens already in this country is going to be found,
