'Justification by poor taste' seems to be the new Episcopal dogma
I remember being told by a gay Episcopalian colleague in a CPE group that the cardinal doctrine of Anglicanism was "justification by good taste." But if anything, it now seems to be the opposite.
It's been many years since the Episcopal church has been much more than a front for snobbish paganism. But it still hurts to see the depths to which a communion which was once proud literally to a fault has descended.
