NYT: Walker cut Wisconsin's education budget a year before he took office

Scott Walker took office as governor of Wisconsin in 2011.

But that didn't prevent the New York Times- America's zany Left political pamphlet of record- from accusing him of cutting the state's education budget in 2010.

The times has retracted the error- and archived it.
